Booking Schedule

• Monthly Booking and Payments

  • Books will open on the first weekend of each month.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments for the month. The remaining balance for the month must be paid at your first appointment.

  • Adjustments to the schedule may be made if possible, but any additional payments required for changes must be paid at the time of the adjustment.

  • All deposits/payments are non-refundable and do not roll over to the next month.

  • Rescheduling for Gold Members is allowed within the same week of the original appointment if possible. Silver & Bronze Members may not switch weeks once booked but may reschedule within the same week if possible.

• Special events or bookings may occasionally impact the schedule on any given day. When possible, another day in the affected month will be made available for booking.

New Clients

• New clients are required to book a video consultation when books open on the first weekend of each month. During the consultation, Mykel will:

• Review salon policies and explain how the schedule works.

• Conduct a general assessment of the client’s hair to discuss its current condition and outline the steps required to achieve the client’s hair goals.

• If both parties agree to proceed, a 50% deposit to book the month’s appointments will be required at the end of the consultation. If not, the client will be required to rebook another consultation during the next booking cycle.
